1. Introduction
Unauthorized reproduction or copying of these Terms and Conditions is considered a criminal offense. We use advanced software to monitor for infringements on competitors’ websites, with fines starting at €500 for violations.
Welcome to TaxiBrusselsAirport.com. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions aim to protect TaxiBrusselsAirport.com from fraudulent activities, while ensuring flexibility and convenience for our clients.
3. Our Responsibilities
We are committed to delivering a high-quality, professional, and safe transportation service. Our responsibilities include:
- Providing a clean, well-maintained, and appropriately sized vehicle as per your booking;
- Ensuring that drivers are licensed, insured, and trained to deliver courteous and respectful service;
- Monitoring flight statuses (for airport pickups) when the correct flight number is provided;
- Doing our best to arrive on time, while acknowledging that unexpected events such as traffic, accidents, or road closures may cause delays;
- Communicating clearly and promptly in case of any disruptions to your service;
- Processing eligible refunds within 5 business days (if cancellation conditions are met);
- Keeping your booking details confidential and using them solely for the purposes of providing the service;
- Making reasonable efforts to return lost items found in our vehicles; however, the Company is not responsible for items left behind. Clients may contact us to coordinate retrieval or delivery at their own cost, and return is not guaranteed;
- Ensuring vehicle anonymity: our fleet vehicles do not display typical taxi signs for the privacy of our clients. They can be recognized by their license plates, which always begin with the letter T, followed by three letters and three numbers (e.g., T-ABC-123). Additionally, each vehicle is equipped with an official license card displayed on the right-hand side of both the front and rear windshields (in the direction of travel).
While we strive for punctuality and flawless service, some factors remain beyond our control. We kindly ask for your understanding in such situations.
4. Client Responsibilities
- The Client must ensure accurate booking details.
- The Client must remain reachable at the contact number provided.
- For airport pickups, the exact scheduled arrival time from the airline ticket must be used. Providing an estimated time at the meeting point instead voids our punctuality guarantee.
- The Client must behave respectfully and responsibly. Aggressive, inappropriate, or intoxicated behavior entitles the driver to cancel the ride without refund.

6. Definitions
- “Company” refers to TaxiBrusselsAirport.com.
- “Client” refers to the individual or entity booking or using our services.
- “Service” refers to the transportation services provided by the Company.
- “Booking” refers to the reservation made by the Client for the Service.
7. Booking and Confirmation
- All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized channels.
- A booking is considered confirmed when one of the accepted payment methods is completed — either online prepayment, cash payment, or credit card payment directly to the driver — and the Client receives a confirmation via email or SMS. For last-minute bookings (less than 4 hours before the scheduled pickup), online prepayment may be required to guarantee the service.
- The Client is responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process, including flight number, pickup address, luggage amount, and number of passengers.
8. Payment Policy
We do not provide printed payment receipts. All receipts, including those for cash or card payments made directly to the driver, are sent electronically via email or SMS.
- Payment in full is required in advance for all services, processed through one of our secure options (online platform, bank transfer, or payment link).
- An invoice will be emailed to clients upon payment.
- Payment is valid only with an official confirmation message. Screenshots or unconfirmed claims are not accepted as proof.
- If payment is not received within 14 days, reminders will be sent. The first reminder is free of charge. If the client is a Belgian citizen, unpaid cases will be referred to a bailiff. If not, details will be submitted to the police as fraud.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Free Cancellation: Up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. If the booking was unpaid, the client remains liable for payment and a payment link will be issued.
- Refunds: Eligible refunds for timely cancellations will be processed within 5 business days.
- No-Show (non-airport pickups): Applies to hotels, offices, and private addresses. If the Client fails to appear at the agreed pickup location and is unreachable for 15 minutes via the provided phone number, the booking is considered a no-show and the fare is non-refundable. Prepaid no-shows are also non-refundable.
- No-Show (airport, port, or train station pickups): For airport, seaport, or train station pickups, the driver will wait up to 60 minutes after the actual arrival time free of charge, even if the client is not reachable. If the client is in contact with the driver or dispatcher and facing unforeseen issues beyond their control (e.g., lost luggage, passport control delays), the waiting time may be extended up to 2 hours free of charge. If the Client fails to appear at the meeting point and cannot be reached within 60 minutes after arrival, the booking is considered a no-show. The fare is non-refundable and a payment link will be issued if the booking was unpaid.
- Unpaid Bookings: If the client chooses a non-prepaid option (e.g., cash or card payment to the driver), the booking remains valid unless canceled. However, if a payment link has been issued and remains unpaid for more than 14 days, the booking may be canceled and legal action may follow.
- Canceled by phone only is not valid. Cancellations must be made in writing (email/SMS).
Note: If the Client provided a custom pickup time instead of the actual arrival time, the Company cannot guarantee punctuality. Responsibility rests with the Client in such cases.
10. Changes to Booking
- Changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to pickup and are subject to availability and fare adjustment.
- Pickup and drop-off addresses must match those confirmed. Unannounced route changes may result in additional fees or refusal.
11. Luggage and Vehicle Type
- Clients must provide accurate details on luggage and number of passengers.
- If a more spacious vehicle is required due to incorrect information, service may be refused, and fare will be charged.
- Luggage must be placed in the trunk, not on seats. Non-compliance may result in service refusal without refund, and a payment link will be issued.
12. Waiting Time Policy
- At pickup locations: A 10-minute grace period is included. Additional time is charged at €15 per 15-minute interval.
- At the airport: There is no limit on free waiting time, but the client must remain reachable by phone.
- Drivers may leave after 10 minutes if the Client is unresponsive. Full fare will still apply.
- For pickups from seaports (e.g., Antwerp Port) or train stations, the same waiting policy as airport pickups applies: up to 60 minutes free of charge, extended to 2 hours if the client is in contact and experiencing delays beyond their control (e.g., passport checks or baggage delays).
13. Additional Stops
- Intermediate stops must be requested at booking.
- Unscheduled stops are subject to driver approval and may incur a charge of €15 per 15 minutes.
14. Child Safety Policy
- Clients traveling with children must request child seats in advance.
- Verbal requests or assumptions are not valid.
- Non-compliance may result in service refusal without refund, and a payment link will be issued.
15. Animal Transportation Policy
- All animals, including service dogs, must be transported in an appropriate carrier or cage.
- Service animals must be declared in the comment section during booking.
- Clients must ensure they have either a suitable bag or a large blanket to protect the vehicle’s interior. This helps avoid damage or allergic exposure for the next passenger.
- Failure to comply will result in service refusal without refund, and a payment link will be issued.
16. Traffic, Delays, and Force Majeure
- The Company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, road closures, police controls, vehicle breakdowns, or weather conditions.
- In case of a breakdown or serious delay, we will attempt to send a replacement vehicle or assist in finding an alternative.
17. Lost Items
- Clients are responsible for their belongings.
- Found items will be stored for 14 days and can be returned at the Client’s cost.
- The Company is not liable for unclaimed or forgotten property.
18. Illegal Bookings
- Bookings made directly with drivers are illegal and are not covered by our insurance. The Client assumes full risk.
19. Vehicle Damage
- Clients are financially responsible for any damage or excessive dirtiness caused by them or their belongings.
- A cleaning fee will apply if the vehicle is soiled. Drivers will document with photos.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes shall be resolved in Belgian courts.
21. Terms Updates
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes and updates will be posted on our website.

TaxiBrusselsAirport.com is an independent taxi service provider and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Brussels Airport Company NV/SA. All references to “Brussels Airport” are for informational purposes only and relate to the geographical location of the airport. We do not use the official logo, branding, or materials of Brussels Airport Company in any way that may mislead users into assuming a direct association.
