Unauthorized reproduction or copying of these Terms and Conditions is considered a criminal offense. We use advanced software to monitor for infringements on competitors’ websites, with fines starting at €500 for violations.

2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions aim to protect TaxiBrusselsAirport.com from fraudulent activities, ensuring flexibility and convenience for our clients.

4. Payment Policy
Payment in full is required in advance for all services, processed through our secure online platform. An invoice will be emailed to clients upon payment.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Bookings can be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds for timely cancellations will be processed within 5 business days. Cancellations within 24 hours of the service are non-refundable.
Unpaid Reservations: If payment has not been made in advance, a payment link will be sent. Payment must be completed within 14 days. The first reminder is free. If payment is not made:
- For Belgian citizens, the case will be referred to a bailiff.
- For non-Belgian citizens, the case will be forwarded to the police as fraud.
6. ‘No Show’ Policy
For ‘no shows’, payment links will be sent for unpaid services. Failure to pay may result in legal action. Prepaid ‘no shows’ are non-refundable.
7. Child Safety Policy
Clients traveling with children must request child seats in advance. Non-compliance may result in service refusal without a refund, and a payment link will be sent for unpaid services.
8. Animal Transportation Policy
All animals, including service dogs, must be transported in an appropriate carrier or cage.
For Service Dogs: Clients must specify in the comments section during the reservation process that they are traveling with a service dog. Clients must also ensure they have either a suitable bag for the dog or a large blanket to protect the vehicle’s interior.
Failure to comply will result in service refusal without a refund, and a payment link will be sent for unpaid services.
9. Waiting Time Policy
At pickup locations: A 10-minute wait is included in the fare. Additional waiting time is charged at €15 per 15-minute interval.
At the airport: There is no limit on free waiting time, but passengers must remain reachable by phone.
10. Luggage Policy
Luggage must not be placed on seats. Non-compliance may result in service refusal without refund, and a payment link for unpaid services will be issued.
11. Flight Delays and Assistance
Clients must provide accurate flight arrival times. Services for delays over two hours may not be accommodated, and no refunds will be issued.
12. Illegal Bookings
Bookings made directly with drivers are illegal and are not covered by insurance.
13. Damage to Vehicle
Clients are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their luggage.
14. Client Responsibilities
Clients must behave respectfully and avoid causing damage or discomfort to the driver or vehicle.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Belgium.
16. Changes to Terms and Conditions
TaxiBrusselsAirport.com reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions. Clients will be notified of changes, and updates will be published on our website.
