When making an online reservation with, via either website, email or telephone, I confirm that I have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

The individual must be over 18 to make a reservation.

Reservations can be made via email, phone and The Individual making the booking is responsible for the personal information provided within the contract. Unless otherwise stated, all bookings must be secured with a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. Once the reservation has been made, will confirm the reservation in writing via email.

A reservation is only confirmed when the system administrator has approved the reservation.

We treat your personal information strictly confidential and will not disclose your personal information to third parties. We make sufficient efforts to ensure that your credit card information and personal details are protected.

Confirmation email – Customers are required to notify us if they have not received a confirmation email or if they find that the details of the reservation are incorrect.

The confirmation email will contain all the details of the reservation. We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time. These changes will be applicable as soon as published on our website.

As applied hereby, the terms “you”, “your” and “passenger(s)” refer to both the individuals named in the booking and the individuals for whom the reservation was pre-booked or any individual to whom the reservation was transferred.


When making a reservation, you confirm that all information given is accurate, including names, pick-up information, dates, debit or credit card information. If you wish to make any changes to the information given, it is your responsibility to contact us and request the desired changes.

We will make sufficient effort to correct any omissions or errors as soon as possible. However, obvious errors may occur from time to time. In this case, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without any liability to you. Neither you nor any third party shall make any use of any content on our website that infringes’s rights, this includes custom, subsequent publications and also full or partial presentations or reproductions of the same without our written consent.


All vehicles equipped for transfers are adequately inspected and insured in accordance with Belgian legislation. The transfer provider guarantees that the transfer will be performed both professionally and in accordance with Belgian traffic rules and legislation.


During the transfer period, the driver will not wait longer than one hour after the flight arrival time at the agreed airport pick-up point.

The waiting time from any other location will not exceed 15 minutes after agreed time. If you cannot find the driver at the agreed pick-up point, if you are held up at immigration, customs, have lost your luggage, you are obliged to contact the driver by calling the emergency phone number that was notified in the reservation confirmation email.

If you do not call the emergency phone number within the hour after the actual landing of the aircraft in case of pick-up at airports or within 15 minutes in case of pick-up at places other than airports, and for this reason the service provider is not aware of the problem, this will be considered as no-show and you agree to pay both the full amount of the reserved service and the waiting time.


If you plan to travel with extra luggage, please let us know while making the reservation. This is to ensure that we offer you a comfortable vehicle. The customer(s) will be held personally liable for all costs obtained in the event that additional vehicles have to be used as a result of failure to declare large or excessive luggage.


You may request additional services during the reservation process. Whenever possible, child seats will be made available if you request it, but such facilities may not be possible in some rare cases, for example due to an unannounced replacement vehicle deployed at the last minute. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the child seat offered will fit your child perfectly.

The distance and travel time are for planning purposes only. It may happen that circumstances such as traffic, weather or construction cause the published schedule to deviate and you should take this into account when booking your trip. The images and photographs of the vehicle model and make shown on the quotation page are for illustration purposes only and we cannot guarantee that these exact vehicles will be available from the transport provider. We do not guarantee the accuracy of the specific service chosen by you and will not be held liable for your choices.


You warrant that the payment information you have given us is both accurate and correct, that the debit or credit card you use belongs to you and that there is sufficient credit or balance available to cover the service charges. The transport service provider processes all payments (debit/credit card or cash). If you decide to pay the driver, please ensure that you have enough cash in your pocket for this purpose, in local currency, except as otherwise stated in your booking voucher.


We hold your credit card information to guarantee your reservation. We use SSL (secure sockets layer) technology to protect your credit card so your credit card information is completely secure. SSL encryption is an encryption technology that ensures a secure internet connection between the web server and your internet browser.


You can change your reservation up to forty-eight hours before arrival or pick-up time. After this period, you must contact the service provider directly by calling the phone number given in your reservation voucher. You must communicate all changes to your bookings via email with the information given in your confirmation email.

You cannot request cancellations or changes to the driver.


Cancellations will not be charged if made at least 12 hours before the scheduled transfer pick-up time for cash bookings and twenty-four hours before the scheduled transfer pick-up time for long-distance transfers (over 100 kilometres), bus transfers, tours and personalised transfers. After this period, you will have to contact the service provider directly by calling the phone number given in your reservation confirmation e-mail.

If for some reason we cannot offer you the requested service, and therefore your reservation must be cancelled, we will notify you as soon as possible by sending you an email at the email address you gave us. By making a reservation with us, you agree to pay the total price of the reserved service if the cancellation falls within the paying cancellation period.


If you cannot find the driver at the specified pick-up location, please call the agency office on the number: +32 485 60 21 10 and we will help you find your driver. If you do not call before you leave, you will be required to pay the no-show fee (the total price of the ride). If you fail to contact us, for usual pickups, the driver will wait until one hour after the scheduled pickup time. After this, we will try to contact you via your contact phone number, your home phone number or your mobile phone number depending on the type of collection.

If we do not hear from you because there is no signal, the call is not answered, no phone number was provided at the time of booking, voicemail is activated or there is a poor connection, we will discontinue the vehicle and you will be required to pay a no-show (the total price of the ride) with additional waiting time charges. To instruct the driver to wait, please contact the office by phone to approve his waiting time. If the time is up and we have not heard from you, we will try to contact you again, if no contact can be made, you will be required to pay for the ride and additional waiting time charges. A “no-show” charge therefore equals the cost of the ride with some additional cost for waiting times if the passenger does not show up at the agreed pick-up point. If you cannot find the driver, please call the number: +32 485 60 21 10 to avoid paying a no-show fee. This also applies if the customer has accidentally booked the wrong date or time. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information has been entered correctly.


If you miss your flight (or any form of transportation) due to bad track conditions or traffic jams that are not the fault of, please understand that we cannot be held liable for any delays, cancellations or changes to the service due to force majeure, or as a result of other circumstances that the service provider cannot predict or over which the service provider has no control, including accidents on the itinerary caused by third parties, terrorism police checkpoints, extreme weather conditions and so on. If the delay was caused by the service provider (including as a result of no petrol, flat tyre, driver negligence, late departure and so on), your loss will be compensated.


The English version of these Terms and Conditions may be produced in other languages, however, no rights can be reached in the produced version. In the event of a dispute due to the contents of the produced version of these Terms and Conditions, or due to discrepancies and inconsistencies between the Dutch production, and any other productions, the English version is the foremost and most referential version. In line with the above Terms & Conditions, we will only be able to be held responsible for direct damages incurred by you if we fail to fulfil our obligations related to our services. and any company related to us and/or our offices, employees, agents or directors involved in creating, promoting, sponsoring or other content development cannot and will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages or losses, criminal liability, any inaccuracies associated with the details described on our site or loss of contracts. In case of misbehaving or drunk customers, the drivers reserve the right to refuse access to the vehicles. In these cases, no refunds will be made and legal action and damages may be taken.

We guarantee that we will not disclose your personal information and credit card information to third parties without your prior consent. We have taken extra precautions to ensure that your personal information and credit card information are well protected. We use SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology and your personal information is completely secure. Also, only authorised staff and employees who are specifically authorised have access to your personal information.

We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.
Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.
We will collect and use personal information solely for fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other ancillary purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.
Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
We will protect personal information by using reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
We will only retain personal information for as long as necessary for the fulfilment of those purposes.
