A long passport queue for non-Schengen flights.	We offer non-Schengen arrivals a later pickup time so they do not pay for waiting. 2.5 hours of waiting for passport control are already included in the price.

Flying out (to the airport)

"The car will not come and I will miss my flight.": No unexpected cancellations from our side. Your booking is confirmed by a person, a car is reserved for it, and a person reviews it again the day before.
"I will not know who is coming.": Your driver's details arrive 8 hours before pickup.
"We will not all fit, with our luggage.": You tell us passengers, check-in and cabin luggage when you book; each vehicle shows how many it takes.
"The price will be different in the car.": The price is fixed when you book.
"I travel with a child / a wheelchair.": You may bring your own child seat. A folding wheelchair is carried. The widget lets you add a baby, child or booster seat.
"At 4 in the morning nobody will answer.": 24/7 in English, French and Dutch.

Flying in (from the airport)

"My flight is late and nobody will be there.": We check your flight and adjust the pickup to the real arrival. A later landing moves pickup at no extra cost.
"Passport control takes hours and I will pay for waiting.": 60 minutes after actual landing are included, then EUR 20 per 30 minutes. For non-Schengen arrivals we offer a later pickup so you do not pay for waiting. 2.5 hours of waiting for passport control are already included in the price.
"I will not find my driver in the hall.": Meet and greet is included: your driver meets you in the arrivals hall. Exact meeting points are on our Driver meeting points page.
"I land without mobile data.": Your driver's details arrive by email 8 hours before pickup; the meeting point is fixed in advance.
"The taxi rank price is a surprise.": Fixed price, agreed before you fly.
