Chauffeur service by the hour

A chauffeur and a car at your disposal for the hours you book. You choose the stops; your driver waits between them and takes you on when you are ready.

We reply with the price and availability. A request is not a booking.

When it helps

Meetings at several addresses on one day, events and receptions, a roadshow, a day trip or a family occasion: one booking, one driver, no new taxi at every stop.

From request to booking

  1. Send the request below with your date, start time, pickup address, expected hours and plans.
  2. We reply with the price and availability. A request is not a booking.
  3. You accept, and we confirm your booking by hand. Once we confirm it, we do not cancel it.
  4. You receive your driver's details 8 hours before pickup.

What the hire includes

The car and the driver are at your disposal for the hours you hire, from the agreed pickup time and place. Waiting is included, and you direct the route and the stops within the hired time. Extra hours are billed at the same hourly rate. You pay online after confirmation, in cash to the driver or by card to the driver.

Vehicles

Sedans for up to 3 passengers and minibuses for larger groups. Tell us how many people travel and we propose the vehicle. You may bring your own child seat. A folding wheelchair is carried.

One company answers for your booking

TaxiBrusselsAirport.com, Belgian taxi licence 4141. 24/7 in English, French and Dutch. A VAT invoice is given on request.

Request hourly hire

Your request is not a booking yet. We reply with the price and availability, and the booking exists only once we confirm it.

An estimate is fine.

For example: meetings in Brussels and Antwerp, back by 18:00.

So we can check your plans with you.

Questions about a chauffeur by the hour

How is it different from a transfer?

A transfer takes you from one address to another. With a chauffeur by the hour, the driver and the car stay with you for the hours you book, for as many stops as you need.

How much does it cost?

The price depends on the vehicle, the hours and your plans. Send a request and we reply with the price before anything is booked.

Does the driver wait between stops?

Yes. Waiting is included, and you direct the route and the stops within the hired time.

What if the day runs longer?

Extra hours are billed at the same hourly rate.

How can I pay?

Online after confirmation, in cash to the driver or by card to the driver. A VAT invoice is given on request.

Is my request a booking?

No. A request is not a booking. Your booking exists only once we confirm it to you.

Can I cancel?

Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup.
