Arriving at the airport
We check your flight and adjust the pickup to the real arrival. 60 minutes after actual landing are included; a later landing moves the pickup at no extra cost. We offer non-Schengen arrivals a later pickup time so they do not pay for waiting. 2.5 hours of waiting for passport control are already included in the price. Meet and greet is included: your driver meets you in the arrivals hall.
Going to the airport
Your driver picks you up at your address at the agreed time, and a person reviews your booking again the day before.
From request to driver
- Enter your journey in the booking form and send your request.
- Every booking is confirmed by hand, usually within 45 minutes, any hour, any day. Once we confirm your transfer, we do not cancel it.
- You receive your driver's details 8 hours before pickup.

Between your address and Brussels Airport or Charleroi Airport, in both directions, and on long-distance routes such as Amsterdam Schiphol, Paris Charles de Gaulle, Düsseldorf and Luxembourg Airport.
Vehicles
Economy Sedan and Business Sedan for up to 3 passengers, Business Minibus for up to 6, Economy Minibus for up to 7, and Minibus x2 for groups of up to 12. You may bring your own child seat. A folding wheelchair is carried.
Price and changes
The price is fixed when you book and includes 6% VAT. Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup. A VAT invoice is given on request.

What is an airport taxi transfer?
A taxi you book in advance between the airport and your address. Your driver meets you, and the price is fixed when you book.
What if my flight is late?
