Leuven is home ground: our dispatch is based in Bertem, a few minutes from the city, and the airport is 26 km away by the E40 or the E314. We drive visiting academics and students to KU Leuven and its campuses in Heverlee and Arenberg, patients and families to UZ Leuven Gasthuisberg, and companies to the research park in Haasrode and the imec site. Any address works: the station, a hotel near the Oude Markt, a home in Kessel-Lo, Herent or Wilsele.
For departures the drive is short enough to plan precisely, including the 5 and 6 o'clock pickups for the first wave of flights. For arrivals the flight is tracked and 60 minutes after the actual landing are included, which covers the walk from the gate and passport control.
